INTERESTING FACTS When choosing the name the guys inspired themselves by the fair cars and picked up Scooter. Female vocals in Summer Wine are by Rick's wife Nikk. She has been furthermore singing in Nessaja, Weekend!, The Night, Jigga Jigga! etc.) HPV vocal in Ramp! (The Logical Song) are by Rick. Originally H.P. was the one to sing them, unfortunately, his voice sounds awful high - pitched. Female vocals in earlier Scooter years were sang by Rick's sister Mary K. (born as Marieke). H.P. has got a sister Britt (born as Birgitte), both were Celebrate The Nun singers. Axel Coon has got an older brother, who was one in the masks of Ratty. Jens Thele and H.P. got together at work, later H.P. was Jens's MC. H.P. and Ferris are cousins. One of the racers in Ramp! (The Logical Song) was played by famous porn star Kelly Trump. Axel Coon eventually became her boyfriend. Ferris's friends gave him the nickname, based upon the movie Ferris Bueller's Day Off. It is said he behaves similar to the hero in the movie. Daisy D. and Charly Lownoise used a melody very similar to the one in Faster Harder Scooter. The Night (Langenhagen Mix) begins with Weekend! ringtone. The Night (Starsplash Mix) has got the same melody as Loud And Clear. Starsplash made a video clip during We Like It Loud tour '04. Scooter have a short cameo in the clip. Vinyl remixes are usually longer than MCD remixes. If you play Keyser Soze backwards, you can easily hear a female voice saying "Use your dildo". Keyser Soze is the name of Turkish murderer in The Usual Suspects movie. The words "Abfahrt...", lyrics of Well Done, Peter, used H.P. during No Time To Chill tour in Let Me Be You Valentine. The tour took place before Back To The Heavyweight album containing Well Done, Peter was released. The Leading Horse refrain is taken from Bible, where it's furthermore explained. Mark Spoon, one of the DJs in Hyper Hyper DJ list, died in 2006. When Scooter were playing Back In The U.K. during No Time To Chill tour, H.P. had to change Ferris's name to Axel's. They've never played that track live again, so neither Jay nor Michael has ever been mention in that track. Tyree Cooper, mentioned in Posse (I Need You On The Floor) is a musician and DJ from Chicago. He were popular mostly in 1987 - 1989 during Acid Era. H.P. Baxxter said that he took his nickname from his uncle who's living in UK. Other story says that he'S been given that name back in school. However, the word "baxter" (don't know whether the first name of surname) is based upon old-english word "baecestre", meaning woman baker.
Most of the album names are mentioned in any track from the album:
Back To The Heavyweight Jam was going to be named Strawberry Sun (that name can be heard in I'll Put You On The Guestlist track). The famous megaphone logo was introduced with the album Back To The Heavyweight. Scooter had no logo and used different font before. No Release track is named Nu Release on Back To The Heavyweight Jam promo. Roll Baby Roll track was renamed to Swinging In The Jungle on later editions of The Stadium Techno Experience. Main melody was also changed. Shortly before the Mind The Gap album was released 4 polyphonic cell phone melodies appeared on the internet - Shake That!, One (Always Hardcore), Canada Water and Weird Woods. The last two were either fake or might be the working titles of real Scooter track, i.e. Trance-Atlantic and The Avenger's Back. Level One track is named The Future on The Stadium Techno Experience UK promo. The Future is slightly different to Level One. Level One was originally made by Scooter and Chris Huelsbeck. The original was named Chris Huelsbeck Feat. Matine - The Future. Jay Frog made a remix of this track (Planet Trax Remix). This can be a reason, why this track is called The Future on TSTE UK promo. When thinking of the name for the Who's Got The Last Laugh Now? album H.P. came up with a phrase "who's got the last laugh now?" which he heard somewhere. When thinking of the name for the The Ultimate Aural Orgasm album, H.P. remembered an old jingle repeating the phrase "the ultimate aural orgasm", so they named the album that way. In Hysteria track H.P. says: "Baxxter is the scare voice in this strawberry mansion time. Those people reacted too much."
If you play Weekend! refrain backwards, you are going to hear (I
doubt it): It's H.P.'s own car which he's driving in One (Always Hardcore) videoclip. Ferris was a melodies maniac. H.P., Rick and Jens had to slow him down as not so much melodies could be put into a track. When H.P. was a young boy, he used to destroy his sister's Barbie dolls. It is said that the first Scooter tour was called Friends Tour '95. Their support act was Charly Lownoise and Mental Theo. Rick met Nikk on afterparty in 1994. H.P. dated their former dancer Sam. They were a couple for 4 years. It's H.p. own dog Hector acting in one version of Posse (I Need You On The Floor) videoclip. The girl acting in Let Me Be Your Valentine videoclip used to be H.P.'s girlfriend. Maria (I Like It Loud) was named by mistake. Scooter heard "maria..." instead of "my radio..." in the original track.
INTERESTING FACTS Rough & Tough & Dangerous - Break It Up single follows Rebel Yell and precedes I'm Raving, although Break It Up single was released after I'm Raving. Rough & Tough & Dangerous - the real The Age Of Love single cover show Scooter in different positions. Push The Beat For This Jam (The Second Chapter) - the real Aiii Shot The DJ single cover has white surrounding around its name. Pushing The Beat: The Best Of Scooter - Fuck The Millennium single is mentioned as F*ck The Millennium. Back To The Heavyweight Jam - the album song is called Fuck The Millenium, just with one n, however, single release is called Fuck The Millennium with double n. Jumping All Over The World lyrics written in Jumping All Over The World album booklet contain a "Champagne up right in the corner...", however, album version of that track doesn't contain that line. The Question Is What In The Question is spelled as The Question... What Is The Question is the booklet of Jumping All Over The World UK edition.
