Home sweet home! After 15 Shows we arrived back in Hamburg. To keep the tour feeling, we drove directly from Bremen to the Alsterdorfer Sportshall. And today we give all again, although we are all after 3 weeks on tour very exhaust. What a great final of the "Who's got the last laugh now" Tour 2006 - over 5000 people rocks together with us the whole concert. An amazing mood during the whole concert and at the end It has got a very special addition: To the ask of H.P. "What do you want to hear?" was the answer actually clear. Because the "Hyper Hyper" shouts could you hear until to Bremen. And than played the guys it!

It was really an so wonderful conclusion of the tour. Someone of you, should noticed the many cameras on the concert in Hamburg. We recorded in Hamburg the whole concert and we will produce a DVD to the tour. Than you could bring back the concert feeling in your living room after the tour. For me an absolute must-have! Finally we travel to 3 countries, rocks 16 fantastic Shows and drove 7700 km with the car. I hope you had as much fun as me and you got with my backstage-report a little background of a tour like this.

WHO'S GOT THE LAST LAUGH NOW? TOUR '06 DIARY

After the home game for H.P. yesterday in Emden, we went to Bremen. There is always going a lot. Because of that, we all very happy to play this evening in the pier 2. And the expect was not to much. The reception was amazing. During the warm up with Franky Tunes, the crowd gives everything. And we could hear the crowd backstage. As the guys enter the stage, there was a absolutely SCOOTER-mania in the hall. What a alarm.

And backstage lies the original glove, which H.P. always wear at Jigga Jigga. Und this glove has an special Meaning, cause it is the original glove from the Jigga Jigga video. It's clear that everybody from the stuff keep an eye on it and handle it with care.

We drove from the Rhineland to Ostfriesland in the home area of H.P. Baxxter. On the way we made a stop at a old-timer-dealer. We explore there an "old friend" of H.P. His old Jaguar, which H.P. has sold for some time. Before the concert in Emden, the band observes a very special appointment in H.P.'s hometown Leer. At a invitation of the mayor of Leer, the Group Scooter were allowed to register in the golden book of the city. The ceremony were in the presence of TV and print-press in the historical town hall of Leer. That was a really special event on this tour.

Franky Tunes pushes the crowd before the guys enter the stage. It was such an amazing event on this evening in the Nordseehall in Emden. The crowd celebrates every song frenetically. It was so f***ing hot in this hall. I believe Emden is the Ibiza from the north!

What a day! This day it was very hectic around Dortmund. In the Westfallen stadium next the Westfallen hall was the soccer-match Germany vs. USA. We knew that there would be a lot of traffic jams. Because of this we had in the afternoon a meeting with the local police to clear the traffic-situation on this day. On special situations like this, you could get sometimes a police escort to drive past the traffic jam. Unfortunately we didn't get a support because the police was working to capacity with the football game and the escort of state visitors.

We start very early at the hotel, but the traffic chaos was huge. 2 and a half hour for 80 kilometers!!! The last 1500 meters before the hall there was no way to make progress even though we talk all the time with the police and we use a lot of abbreviations. We stand in the traffic jam and there was no progress. The last opportunity was to get out of the car and to walk the last meters. And the guys really run to the hall. Anyway the concert had a delay. Although we start later, I think the whole stress was worthwhile!

Cologne - I was very happy about this tour-stop because I lived a long time in this city. I know this town very well and here I could switch off the navigation-system of the car.

At the palladium H.P., Rick & Jay receives a very special surprise: A huge SCOOTER-layer cake. And it tastes as well as it looks. The mood was super and Marcus our production-leader is also in a good mood as you can see on the picture.

After the gig we went to one of our favorite restaurants in cologne. The meal was fantastic and they had a very special chair. I find H.P. looks very well in it.

Today we are in Filderstadt near Stuttgart. The Concert is in the Filharmonie and today I've shot a lot of great pictures from the stage. I hope you like the photos!

Although the hall was not so huge, the crowd has really rocked. The lens of my camera steams up cause the heat in this hall. It was amazing. Today we improved the firework and the position of the jets.

Today we arrived the 3rd Land on the Tour. Get ready for Zurich in Switzerland. It's a very nice city and the weather is beautiful. The sun is shining and the spring is coming. We use the warm weather to get breeze of fresh air and take a walk around the lake.

In the Evening in the Maag Eventhall it was totally great. From the Stage to the End of the Hall a huge Party and all clap the hands. Amazing! And after the show, we got attendance in the wardrobe from the people who rocks with us in Zurich. On Sunday we celebrate our special party with the whole crew of the tour. We have finished the half of the tour. At first we had a dinner together and after that we did a bowling-tournament. It was a very funny evening and we felt like a big family. But I don't wont to tell who has won the tournament. You can guess.

What a great photo. I made a pic from Mantas as he waits for his gig to rock with the guys. And backstage lays the microphone ready for the next song. Sometimes it feels backstage like a pit stop on the formula one. Change the microphone, change the outfit, just a sip of water and than back to the stage and let's rock!

Today it is H.P.'s day. "Happy Birthday H.P."!!! The telephone rings the whole day, because everybody wants to congratulate him personally.

At the concert in Mannheim the fans made him a very special surprise. After the first song Franky Tunes from Starsplash comes on the stage and the crowd give H.P. a birthday serenade. And H.P. says "I'm very speechless". And that is very seldom.

After the concert came a lot of friends to congratulate him personally. And he got his first air-guitar and he was very amused about this, like you see. A Fan from Norway came the far way to celebrate the special day with the guys. Naturally we celebrated H.P.'s 40th birthday and rocked a little bit at the King Kamehameha Club.

At last again a concert in the Austrian capital city. Unfortunately we must cancel the last concert because of technical problems. But now we are there. Scooter is in the house!

Big Alex, a old friend of the guys receives us. He knows Vienna very well and he shows us the best parts of the city. On the program was a barber, a shopping-tour and a very typical Austrian coffee house. The interest of the Austrian press was amazing. H.P. gave just a interview in the hotel before the concert.

Naturally was Alex our guest at the concert and he was very amused about the concert in his hometown. The Austrian people were very hungry for a great Scooter show. And what the f*** was this a concert at the Gasometer. Unbelievable! It was so amazing this night.

Tham checks backstage her make-up and the guys need a lot of towels at this very hot show. After the concert the guys were very tir4ed but so proud of this great concert and the amazing people in Austria. But they have not much time to chill. At night they must pack the bags to travel to the next city.

Today we are all very tired. Because of the snow chaos, we have arrived the hotel last night at 2 o'clock. Jay and Rick works together on a track. Rick has take a small version of the scooter studio on the tour, because he would like to use the time at the hotel.

H.P. use the time with sightseeing and he ate a little bit at the "Coffee Baum". It was delicious and he could spent time outside. That's better than always stay in the hotel room.

Today I give you a look backstage. There are all things who we need at the tour. H.P. checks in short breaks his Make-Up and drinks a tee with honey. That's very well for his voice, because, it needs to sound clearly. H.P. change his sweaty t-shirt, smokes yet a cigarette and than he jump back on the stage for the next song. Therefore he made a photo with me. That was mega and the picture becomes a special place in my flat. Again many people from neighbor countries come to the concert. The Czech Republic is near to Dresden and a Scooter-Gig is always a great party, which no one should miss it.

What a weather! We have middle of March and I think, that Santa Claus could stand in front of the door right now. There are snowflakes as big as table tennis balls - and that's for the whole day. When we started in Leipzig to get to Zwickau, we had no idea about the chaotic road conditions. I sit here with H.P. in the car and driving on streets as smooth as glass - it can't be different in Siberia.

During our ride, we didn't see one snow plough, but we finally arrive the venue. We are a little bite late, but still in time - the show isn't in danger. After getting dressed for the show it's stage time. This really was worth the stress: What a great audience in Zwickau. The guys got acclaimed and it was really loud when the show started - I really got gooseflesh.

After this show was a big surprise: the weather got even worse and we still have to go to Dresden tonight. H.P. and me are sitting in the car, sweaty and out of power, and can't see the streets anymore because of the snow. Even H.P. has never seen anything like this before. and he was quite often in Russia. Finally we arrived in Dresden.

Today we all have chilled at the hotel. We went to the wellness area and relaxed in the whirlpool. H.P. takes a massage. But he needs it when he rocks 2 hours at the evening. I would like to show you some pics, but it was not allowed to make photos in the wellness area.

But therefore I could show you some pics of the backstage-room. In this room preparing the guys themselves for the gig. Heavy Beats and cold drinks help the guys to become the right level to rock on the stage. The Sound is from a hi-fi system, that the guys have always on their tour. The five speakers makes a lot of pressure. Natasha is managing the wardrobe, that the guys always look great.

Naturally I have shot some pics of the Location in Leipzig. The guys likes the House Auensee very much. Because the Atmosphere was amazing again. It’s a sad thing for everybody who missed this concert.

Hello,

we just reached the third station of the tour: Munich! We entered the plane in Berlin and got off some hours later in the capital of Bavaria and were happy. Yesterday in Berlin it was very hot and we all sweated a lot - but in Munich it was even hotter! Anyway, Scooter gave all on stage and rocked for two hours! As you can see on the photos, even we of the crew rocked backstage.

Tomorrow we have a day off to get back some energy. That's necessary to be fit for the next gig ;-)

Hi Folks!

After a great first show in Hanover we had a good night, too. Of course I spent some time with the guys in a bar directly after the concert. There is a lot to talk about when you plan such a show and now finished the first concert.

Today we had a quick breakfast, packed together our clothes and went straight to Berlin by car - to the next concert. After the sound check we ate a little bit and waited for the concert to begin. That's a typical tour day.

But Berlin was great. It was very hot in the Columbia Hall and so we all sweated a lot - but the fans, too! ;-) I can only say WICKED!

A reason for that is without a doubt that we have Jeff Mantas on tour. He really kicks ass, as you can see on the photo. Irma, the new dancer, gives her best, too.

Yes, we are back on tour - after nearly two years. The guys had some ideas how to make the shows even better. When they played in Prague they met a really good technical crew. They are professionals in light, laser and firework effects. What else do we need for a great party with you?

That's why the mood in Hanover was really great. Of course they were nervous, as it was the first concert - although they practiced a lot in Hamburg. The fans also liked the "new fist". I hope, you enjoy the pics of the first gig.
