Asi týden po Love Parade 1993 zakládají H.P. Baxxter, Rick J. Jordan, Jens Thele a Ferris Bueller remixerský tým The Loop!

The Loop! dělají různé remixy pro umělce jako Holly Johnson, Adeva, Tag Team, RuPaul, Marky Mark Feat. Prince Ital Joe atd. a stávají se jedním z nejžádanějších remixérských týmů v Německu.

Historie The Loop! podle Die Erfolgs Story Über Scooter:

H.P. stále přejíždí mezi Hannoverem a Hamburkem a čas od času dělá i něco pro Edel. Jednou proto také poví Jensovi o svých hudebních plánech. Doufá, že to Jense bude zajímat. Ten je však z počátku vlažný, ale pak se nechá přesvědčit a řekne H.P.mu o demo nahrávku. Po prvním poslechu jejich hudbě úplně propadne. Nechce je ale jako skupinu, ale jako muzikanty v pozadí, remixérský tým.

A jelikož je Jens v té době známým DJem, zařídí pro ně několik zajímavých kontraktů. Tím také vzniká remixérský tým The Loop! Za peníze, které si takto vydělají získají dost na přestěhování se z Hannoveru do Hamburku. Tam je velkým hudebním hitem techno. A i The Loop! mu propadnou.

Vrcholem techno scény je Love Parade a právě Love Parade '93 se účastní i The Loop! Hned po Love Parade jedou na další akci v Dortmundu MayDay. Nabytí dojmy se rozhodují, že to bude techno hudba, kterou chtějí sami dělat.

Na žádost jedné holandské housové skupiny vytvářejí techno skladbu Vallée De Larmes, své první CD. Single se dostává do tanečních hitparád. The Loop! nabírají na síle a mění si jméno. Poslouchají Vallée De Larmes stále a stále dokola a přiznávají, že má takovou trochu cirkusovou, karnevalovou atmosféru, napadá je tedy jméno Scooter.
